WGS OPEN Bar is an on-line destination that will be a single, consolidated source of information for all marketing activity in the on-premise: overall investment, account prioritization and selection, event management, wait-staff training, menu placements, POS placement and price tracking for both WGS and key competitors. WGS OPEN Bar is meant to provide a high level of transparency for key stakeholders, including distributors and agency partners outside of Momentum. It will give real-time access to agency resources to ensure we make the most of our on-premise investment via PR and Social Media, as well as insight into how our on-premise resources are (a) spending their time and (b) tracking against the on-premise KPIs they have set jointly with the brand teams. WGS OPEN Bar will also be a tool for Brand Ambassadors to communicate and report activity to their Brand Managers in a simple, concise format. It will help them manage their calendars, plan and report on events and track progress against their KPIs.
